In Christ, you will have peace. Do you know what it means to be in Christ? If you are a Christ-follower, you know what it is to have Christ in you, but what about you in Christ. It has to do with this quote from 1 Corinthians 12: "As the [human] body is one and has many members, so also is Christ." Note that it does not say "so also is the body of Christ," though that would have the same meaning. If you are in the body of Christ, then you are in Christ. The more you are fully fitted into the body of Christ and the more that the body of Christ into which you are fitted is set in the pattern of Scripture, the more you are in Christ. The Bible tells us that His Kingdom is the New Jerusalem, the Church. This Church is coming into completeness though it is hidden right now because of the veil of the flesh. So, we are to seek this Kingdom and the righteousness that is of God, the righteousness that begins with God leading, us listening, faith (supernatural trust) coming and giving access to grace, and grace doing works of righteousness through us. That is also the meaning of "by grace through faith." As with disorders in the home, disorders in the church are an abomination to God. God has given us very exact specifications for the church in Scripture, yet some Bible-believing Christians reject God's Word in these matters. These are people who believe the Bible regarding many other aspects of God's will. Learn why the pattern of Scripture is so important?
